Celebrating the art of gastronomy, Chef Nader Hassan 's refined cuisine sublimates fresh, seasonal produce, pampered from local, sustainable sources. Drawing on his experience at some of Paris's most prestigious establishments, he unveils his culinary works through two menus of excellence offered at Restaurant j'Adore: the 5-course Emotions Menu and the 7-course Seduction Menu.
During our visit, we opted for the Emotions Menu, which evolves with the seasons. That evening, the meal began with delicious seafood translated into refined dishes, such as a crab covered in beet gel and set with Baeri caviar, followed by a yellow pollack marbled with nori seaweed floating in a Thai broth, full of flavor.
The "wow" effect of these beautiful iodized compositions continues with the next course: an extremely tender quasi de veau de lait du Périgord, sublimated by a carotene assortment of purée, ginger & honey lacquered carrot and carrot husk chips.
After a plate of carefully selected cheeses, it's time for dessert! Colourful nests of creamy pink praline snow-whites arrive at our table, floating island style. On a bed of strawberry marmalade, the sweet clouds are topped with a delicate toasted buckwheat tuile, a surprising strawberry coulis with chilli and a truly addictive homemade basil sorbet!
