Lily's le pop-up x Cantin'H is the first pop-up from Lily's restaurant! For 3 weeks, at 149 rue Legendre, you can discover the culinary creations of chef Alizée Rat, based in the Cantin'H restaurant.

Lily's le pop-up x Cantin'H, in the heart of the Batignolles district in Paris's 17th arrondissement , is yours to discover for three weeks. The chef, Alizée Rat, has prepared a range of menus for lunch, dinner and even brunch. Everything you order is homemade and made with fresh produce.

The ephemeral restaurant, located at 149 rue Legendre, is a charming, small room with a simple, uncluttered decor. When the weather's fine, the restaurant has a pleasant-looking terrace. The chef offers a variety of formulas. The lunchtime main course + dessert (€14, with takeaway) changes daily, and the evening menu changes weekly depending on what's available. A brunch is available every Sunday, with a complete formula at 24 euros, including a savory and a sweet plate. Alizée Rat also creates themed evenings every Thursday (Thursday April 18, bistronomic evening, Thursday April 25, Corsican evening).

The dinner menu offers a choice of three starters, three main courses and three desserts ranging from €9 to €25. Starters include a gravelax of Saithe with beet, lime, blood orange and dill butter, delicious and copiously served. If you like hummus, the chef offers a colorful spring hummus with garlic bread. The beignets, breaded zucchini flowers on a bed of mint ricotta cream, are light and well-balanced.

We continue the meal with the main courses:the sweet and salty pig and the iodized tartar. The sweet and salty pig is a gourmet dish of honeyed pork belly with mashed potatoes and garlic confit. If you prefer a lighter option, we recommend the iodized tartar with marinated salmon and shallots, accompanied by a spring salad. The fish was excellent.

We ended the meal with a stunning dessert, an apple tarte tatin with homemade vanilla ice cream. Very well baked and tasty, the tart was the perfect way to end the meal. For chocolate fans, there's also the moelleux au chocolat and the dessert of the day was the tiramisu fait minute. The desserts are very hearty.
