Gluten-free pastry fans, the brand Helmut Newcake has just inaugurated a new and third store on rue du Bac in Paris 7th arrondissement, and once again, it’s 100% gluten-free.
Open in Christmas 2011, Helmut Newcake has been the first patisserie providing traditional but revisited cakes cooked every day in the lab and certified 100% gluten-free. After two stores on the Right Bank (Madeleine and Saint-Honoré), the brand created by pastry chef Mathilde Mazoué crosses the Seine to come to the Left Bank.
This new spot has been created to provide every Helmut Newcake rake: pastries, viennoiseries (with croissants and pains au chocolat), as well as cookies. Dishes and savory goods complete the tearoom offer, to enjoy on one of the tables.
Note that for the Holidays 2019, Helmut Newcake offers gluten-free yule logs, as well as a traditional French Epiphany cake with frangipane, almonds and dark rum, gluten-free of course, for the Epiphany 2020.
In other words, the dreamed pastry for every gluten intolerant (but not only)!
