At Jérémie, the décor is chic, sober and elegant, and the restaurant offers a quality choice. And very generous! In this rue de Longchamp restaurant, near the Trocadéro, you’ll be very warmly welcomed. The young chef, Jérémie Tourdjman, doesn’t hesitate to come to the dining room to care good care of his guests.
You can go for the starter/main/dessert set menu, the starter/main or the main/dessert menus as well as for a 6-course tasting menu. Here’s a foretaste of what to expect and careful, you’re likely to drool over your keyboard:
Let’s start with a royal sea bream ceviche, ginger and lime dressing and avocado mousse, a very fresh and perfectly seasoned dish!
Or a confit of octopus, kalios olive oil, sweet potato hummus and citrus dressing, absolutely delicious.
Then, a creamy old parmesan risotto and seasonal vegetables.
Or the chef’s specialty, Meunière veal sweetbread, old parmesan risotto, a smooth treat.
The home-made stuffed truffle brie de Meaux cheese, another home specialty, incredibly divine!
And finally, to end the meal on a sweet touch, you can have the choice between, among others, the famous rum baba
Or the Bourbon vanilla millefeuille and warm butterscotch sauce.
