Away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, Double Impact stands out as a unique spot, born from the unbreakable friendship between Etienne Dupuy and Mickael Robinault. Here, nothing is left to chance: every detail tells a story, that of two Bretons who set out to travel the world before returning to what matters.
At 57 Claude Rodier Street, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Double Impact is ideally situated at the foot of Montmartre, just a short walk from Anvers and the Sacré-Cœur, in a lively, gourmande, bustling neighborhood.
At the helm of the kitchen is chef Etienne Dupuy (trained in illustrious houses, George Blanc, Alinea (Chicago), Yannick Alleno, Noma (Copenhagen), Adrien Cachot...), who offers a free-spirited, instinctive approach, nourished by his travels and his roots. The menus evolve with the seasons and with inspirations, guided by a single thread: indulgence. Behind each plate lies a pursuit of balance between generosity, precision and emotion.
The space, fully reimagined, extends this aim. Raw materials, artisanal touches and nods to road-tripping memories compose a a warm décor, where guests are instantly invited to slow down. Because at Double Impact, the experience isn’t limited to the plate: it’s lived in the care given to every gesture, every exchange, every moment.
More than a restaurant, Double Impact is a meeting — of paths, a vision, and those who walk through the door.

Chapter 1: The Odyssey
This new chapter The Odyssey invites guests to embark on a journey through Mediterranean flavors, woven with nods to Homer's Odyssey, which guided the creation of the menu.As before, the tasting menu is offered in two formats: the Stopover at €75 and the Crossing at €95.A food-and-wine pairing as well as a selection of wines aligned with the theme are also available.
At Double Impact, the experience unfolds in chapters. More than a mere menu, each season gives rise to a new story, conceived as a fleeting journey. A territory, a memory, an inspiration: chef Etienne Dupuy crafts complete culinary sequences, where every dish sits within a broader narrative.
These chapters evolve, fade away, and give way to the next. Nothing is fixed. The kitchen shifts with ideas, the seasons and what guests crave, inviting diners to discover it and then return for an experience that is always renewed.
Every detail is aligned with the concept: the ingredients, the plates, the ambiance, and sometimes even the serving style. The meal becomes an immersive experience, a suspended moment in which you’re guided from the first bite to the final gesture.
Going to Double Impact means embracing a book that’s constantly being written, its pages turning forever. And perhaps, you’ll never live the same story twice.
