Legendary Van Morrison has announced a Parisian show in 2020! Meet on Tuesday March 10 to relive live some of his many hit songs as well as new tracks from “Three Chords And The Truth”.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic in France and gatherings over 1000 people, the Olympia and Gérard Drouot Productions have announced Van Morrison's show will go as planned at the Olympia and will include two parts.

"Van Morrison will play two shows on Tuesday March 10: the first one at 7:30 p.m. and the other one at 9:30 p.m. These time slots match the beginning of each show. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the one at 7:30 p.m. and at 9 p.m. for the one at 9:30 p.m." Gérard Drouot Productions ask all spectators who can come early to attend the first show, "in order to assure the access to all ticketholders to one of the two shows".

Alert! Here’s a legendary artist you don’t want to miss live in 2020! After shows in America and especially several performances at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Van Morrison also expects to perform several shows in Europe like in London as well as the Gent Jazz Festival or even at the Jazzopen Stuttgart.

In France, Van Morrison has said to put on a show for one night only, on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at the legendary venue, the Olympia. As for tickets, they’ll go to sale on December 20 at 10 a.m. (CET).

Northern Irish singer, songwriter and composer, Van Morrison definitely marked the spirits in the 60’s and 70’s thanks to now cult songs. We can obviously think about “Brown Eyed Girl” as well as hit “Gloria” with band Them covered by the iconic Patti Smith on the album “Horses”, among others.

Now at 74 years old, Van Morrison keeps on rocking us. Recently, the artist has released the album “Three Chords And The Truth”. Out since October 25, 2019, this album includes 14 new songs. Written and produced by Van Morrison (excluding “If We Wait for Mountains” co-written by Don Black), the album unveils the contribution of the legendary guitarist Jay Berliner as well as a duet with Bill Medley from The Righteous Brothers (“Fame Will Eat the Soul”).

On March 10, 2020 at the Olympia, Van Morrison will rock his new songs live and will definitely perform – for our ears’ greatest delight – his unparalleled successes.
