After cancelling the edition 2020 over the health crisis, Rock en Seine festival announces the 2021 edition expected to be back on Friday August 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 at the Domaine National du Parc de Saint-Cloud "cannot take place this year in the shape and with the intensity we all want". Whiel waiting to meet with Rock en Seine again in 2022, the festival wishes to propose - if the health context allows it - an "alternative, festive and never-before-seen event in late August at the Domaine de Saint-Cloud".

Every year, this festival attracts thousands of festivalgoers to the Domaine National du Parc de Saint Cloud. I am obviously speaking about Rock en Seine that would have taken over Ile de France on Friday August 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29, 2021 for three exceptional musical days. After cancelling the edition 2020 over the health crisis, Rock en Seine was planning to be back and bigger than ever.

Unfortunately, the health crisis is once again a game-changer for the Île-de-France festival. "Even with the greatest optimism, given the health restrictions in place today we know that the event we want to create and experience sadly cannot take place this year.", the promoters explained in a public release issued this May 25th. But let Rock en Seine festivalgoers be rest assured, the event will return in 2022. "The 2022 edition of Rock en Seine 2022 promises to be one to remember", they say, expecting you by the end of the summer for more details.

Yet, if the health context allows it, Rock en Seine is working hard to "put on an alternative event: a unique celebration in-keeping with the spirit of Rock en Seine at the end of August at the Domaine de Saint-Cloud". Stay tuned to find out more.

Remember, in 2019, the festival delighted festivalgoers with Robert Smith and The Cure. The British band performed a concert for over two hours! The Ile-de-France festival also welcomed The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr, British band Foals, Bring Me The Horizon and duet Royal Blood. As for the rest, Eels, Balthazar, Deerhunter, Clairo, Agar Agar and Bagarre, without forgetting Aphex Twin, Jorja Smith, Major Lazer and Kompromat showed up for the show. So, who will have the honor to come after them and rock the Domaine National du Parc de Saint Cloud in 2022? Well, stay tuned to find out!
