Hakuna Matata! The Lion King musical is back to Paris théâtre Mogador, 10 years after its latest performance at the theater. Even though the show was said to start from September 2020, because of the coronavirus epidemic, it is postponed to Fall, 2021.
Because of the coronavirus epidemic still hitting France and the rest of the world, the return of the "Lion King" musical to Mogador, initially planned from September 19, 2020 was first postponed to spring 2021, will be ultimately postponed for Fall 2021. Probably in September 2021, the production says.

Disney’s “The Lion King” keeps on making children and adults dream.
After a Live Motion reboot in summer 2019 and a live musical show at Disneyland Paris over the same period as part of the Lion King and Jungle Book Festival, it’s the famous Broadway musical that returns in 2021 at the théâtre Mogador in Paris.

As a matter of fact, celebrating its 15th anniversary in France, Stage Entertainment expects to celebrate the event with the greatest musical: “The Lion King” performed from Fall, 2021 at Mogador.

Simba, Nala, Timon, Pumba, Rafiki, Mufasa, Scar and the hyenas and all the inhabitants of the land of the lions will take over the famous théâtre Mogador for the original version of musical “The Lion King” that delighted Paris already in 2007 and for three seasons, counting up about one million viewers.

In Broadway, the show has been an unquestionable success for 22 years. In the world, “The Lion King” has been performed in nine languages.
