Trianon Palace Versailles unveils its winter garden 2019. A small corner of paradise where you can enjoy French-inspired tapas created by chef Frédéric Larquemin and desserts by Eddie Benghanem.

Trianon Palace Versailles goes into winter 2019 mode and unveils its winter garden open until April 1, 2020. Green atmosphere, outdoor furniture available in wood, white and rattan, a few touches here and there of petrol blue, the chole topped by translucid chandeliers for a warm and sophisticated vibe.

Quiet setting, the winter garden of Waldorf Astoria Versailles Trianon Palace has planned a very gourmet program for gourmands, as created by executive chef Frédéric Larquemin and pastry chef Eddie Benghanem offering us a list of French-inspired tapas to share with friends or family.

Frog’s legs tempura, snails, rillettes and gravlax salmon, classic dishes are available on hearty boards. Discover the poultry pâté en croute with duck and foie gras, duck rillettes and pork belly or if you’re into seafood, enjoy the sea board.

As for sweet-toothed guests, continue the feast with two desserts created by Eddie Benghanem. The first dessert is called the Croustillant Noisette and is based on toasted crumble, salted butter caramel and light Piedmont hazelnut cream. The second dessert, the Croustillant Citron, will delight fans of fruity flavors with lemon crisp and candied lemon, its super soft passion fruit caramel and the light soft lemon cream.

In other words, a corner of paradise close to Paris.
