2025 Christmas market and counter at the Domaine de Madame Elisabeth in Versailles (78)

As Christmas approaches, numerous Christmas markets spring up everywhere. From November 28 to 30, 2025, the Domaine de Madame Elisabeth in Versailles will host its Comptoir de Noël, with a program featuring a wonderful selectionof free activities for the whole family.

The princely estate is one of the last remaining 18th-century estates still standing and in good condition, with its 8-hectare wooded park in the style of a romantic English garden. The estate's Christmas market is held on the adjacent paths and lawns, in a green and festive atmosphere, transformed into a living fairy tale around the forest this year. 120 local and committed artisans and merchants have selected quality products to help you discover a different way of consuming. 

Along the way, discover the expertise of local producers, get lots of advice andgift ideas for your loved ones, and travel through forest legends and Nordic countries thanks to free activities: Christmas wreath making, reindeer headbands, origami trees, frosty Olympics, archery lessons, dance shows, jazz concerts, and more.

There will also be a theatrical tour of the historic residence, entitled "La Maison des Contes" (The House of Tales), performed by the passionate actors of the Baldini theater company, immersing visitors in a magical and imaginary world where they will meet the Nutcracker, Alice, and La Fontaine. An open-air food village will also be available, where visitors can enjoy local specialties and seasonal delicacies.
