Finally, the iconic Mont-Blanc log cake returns in a version faithful to the house's heritage. A crispy meringue welcomes light whipped cream, topped with chestnut cream vermicelli and candied chestnut pieces. The whole thing is delicately decorated with gold leaf for a touch of nobility, priced at €69 for eight people. This is Angelina's signature creation, the one that seduced Proust and Coco Chanel in the legendary salons of the Rue de Rivoli.
From December 1 to 31, 2025, these four creations will be available in all Angelina boutiques and tea rooms.
