Nestled in the Chevreuse Valley, 35 km from Paris, the Château de Breteuil is well worth a visit, especially as Christmas approaches! From December 6, 2025, to January 4, 2026, the fully decorated château is transformed to bring you the magic of the holiday season in an enchanting setting. Activities for the whole family await you, and this Christmas in Breteuil promises to be a gourmet experience, making it easy to imagine yourself back in time, sitting by the fire waiting for Santa Claus!

Witha monumentalChristmas tree in the Grand Gallery, mantelpieces and winter displays, the château is decked out in its finest attire throughout the tour, even in the gardens, where you can admire the magical decorations after dark. This winter, the château is inaugurating its brand new tea room, the Café d'Achille, in the former stables, for a gourmet break with a selection of homemade biscuits and syrups from the Chevreuse Valley, sweet and savory treats, and hot drinks.

In the outbuildings, discover the enchanting world of Perrault through eight immersive scenes, suitable for young and old alike: Puss in Boots, Cinderella, Donkey Skin, Tom Thumb, Bluebeard, and Little Red Riding Hood come to life near the château.
