This Sunday, October 11, 2026, the château de Breteuil hosts a carnival: about thirty costumed participants wander the garden paths, eager to meet visitors. Members of the Au fil des idées association offer a stunning scene: between two groves in this remarkable garden, you can spot individuals with striking looks, richly dressed, sporting impressive costumes in bright, joyful colors.
This beautiful animation will brighten up your stroll around the Château de Breteuil. These formal gardens are already adorned with statues, flower beds, fountains and a labyrinth... Embark on an unusual treasure hunt, in search of these masked Venetians, who stroll among the trees with their blushing leaves.
Of course, there's nothing to stop you from joining in the fun: how about coming to the estate in your best costume, hidden behind your wolf?
