This new collection, with its chiselled lines, is sure to delight young and old alike, with its Mediterranean vacation feel. Shark, turbot, sea turtle and other sea creatures are ready to be caught and eaten!

The shark. Its heart hides bite-sized pralines: little eggs with almond praline, shellfish with hazelnut praline, bells with coconut praline. Available in dark and milk chocolate versions. Price: €42 per 220g.
Turbot. Nicknamed the prince of the seas, turbot has inspired numerous recipes from chef Alain Ducasse. Today, he unveils a crunchy milk chocolate, sprinkled with crêpes dentelle chips. Price: €22 per 110g.
The turtle bonbonnière. Adorned with a sleek sea turtle, this bonbonnière is made with 75% Assemblage Signature dark chocolate and 45% Madagascar milk chocolate. Inside, turtle marshmallow-vanilla and hazelnut praline nuggets, plus coconut praline bells. Price: 67€ for 450g.
The turtle nugget box. Inspired by the journey of baby turtles, these nuggets are made from dark or milk chocolate, with marshmallow-vanilla and hazelnut praline flavors. Price: €30 per 150g.
Seahorse and lobster bars. On one side, a seahorse bar with crunchy milk chocolate and crêpes dentelle, on the other, a lobster bar with dark chocolate, fleur de sel, seaweed and lemon. Price: 13€ per 75g.
Pure butter sea animal squares. Buttery, chocolatey cookies, crowned with a dark or milk chocolate chip and adorned with an aquatic creature. Price: 45€ for 270g.
Tin of sardines. Eight little sardines with faceted scales, in dark and milk chocolate. Price: €21 per 110g.
