On Sunday and Monday, April 10, 2023, the Château d'Ambleville invites you to spend a magical day in an exceptional setting, on the theme of pirates. A complete program to spend a day with your family, with a change of scenery, fun and truly festive. Did you ask for the program?
All day long on Sunday and Monday, from 10 am to 6:30 pm, dozens of activities are freely available for children. Discover the backstage ofa real pirate ship (children can even climb inside!), participate in the treasure hunt to find the precious chocolate Easter eggs... Or play self-service games with your family: chamboule-tout, cards, dice. And don't forget the storytelling, offered all day long by professional storytellers and the old wooden games, to spend a really fun day. The program also includes three shows, given several times a day: the Pirates' Treasure, Chico&Co, associated pirates and the unlucky pirate and his prisoner. Only the Pirates' Treasure is available by reservation, for the others, you just have to show up a little before the show starts.
The Château d'Ambleville is certainly a historical monument, but it remains a particularly family-friendly place: in fact, the owners are the ones who take care of the guided tours of the castle! The visit is (like all the activities) included in the price of the entrance ticket and several visits are proposed on Sundays as well as on Mondays. A few steps away from the monument, the Italian garden of the castle, labeled Remarkable Garden, welcomes in this very special weekend a market of craftsmen and producers with local products, creators, art craftsmen...and the possibility to eat on the spot too!
