For Easter 2025, the House of Ladurée has come up with a range of creations to delight young and old alike. This year, Ladurée, the emblematic house founded in 1862 and renowned for its refinement and pastry expertise, pays tribute to Spring and its pretty flowers. This collection awaits gourmands from March 19, 2025.
The Ladurée Signature Egg is the centerpiece of this collection. Created by Executive Pastry Chef Julien Alvarez, this 35-centimetre-high chocolate egg weighs 2.5 kilograms and is decorated in springtime hues of blue, green and yellow. It is decorated with gourmet flowers made from the famous Eugenies, sweets composed of a chocolate shell, a flowing heart and a gluten-free cookie. The flowers are embellished with chocolate-covered dried fruit pearls.
Inside the egg, a surprise awaits gourmets: a milk chocolate Lala bunny , topped with marshmallow. This exclusive creation is priced at €320 and will be available to order from March 19.
The Mimosa collection also includes two boxes of macaroons adorned with delicate hand-painted mimosa flowers. The boxes of 8 and 18 macaroons are priced at €27 and €57 respectively, available from March 19 in store and online. The macaroon flavors include house classics, offering a refined taste experience.
For lovers of new sensations, Ladurée offers enrobed macaroons and Eugenies revisited for the season. New products include :

The Lala bunny, Ladurée's Easter emblem, is dressed this year in pink, milk or dark chocolate, and crowned with flowers. Available in two sizes, the small 40 g model is priced at €14, while the large 75 g model is €30. These creations will be on sale from March 19 to April 22 in stores and online.
For traditional egg hunts, Ladurée presents assortments of mini eggs and chocolate fritures, attractively arranged in baskets. The bag of mini-filled eggs is priced at €18 for 150 g, with flavors such as milk chocolate with crispy pancake chips and dark chocolate with cocoa bean chips. These assortments will be available from March 19 to April 22.
Finally, for a gourmet tea-room experience, Ladurée offers its special Easter Pain Perdu. Composed of a mousseline brioche soaked in vanilla custard, accompanied by hazelnut crunchies, chocolate sablé and sublimated by a Guanaja heart chocolate sorbet, Madagascar vanilla chantilly and a Macaé 62% dark chocolate sauce, this dessert is available for €14 from March 19 to April 22 in Ladurée restaurants.
