Back-to-school isn't always fun for everyone: back to work, back to school... Fortunately, there's the Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days ) to put a smile on our faces! This annual event is always eagerly awaited by the general public: it's a chance for us to discover historic, cultural or official sites, and to enjoy special events.
The aim of this event is to reveal to visitors the monuments and treasures of France's heritage. It's often an opportunity to visit little-known places close to home.
The next edition of Heritage Days is scheduled for September 19 and 20, 2026. In the Yvelines, several sites are taking part in the event, including the Villa Savoye, located in Poissy. An exceptional work by the renowned architect Le Corbusier, the Villa Savoye is a remarkable testament to the artist's genius.
During the Journées du Patrimoine, the monument is offering free visits all weekend long. See the detailed program below.
The Villa's Voice: A Night of Solidarity
For the second year running, Villa Savoye is taking a stand for gender equality during European Heritage Days—and in the spirit of matrimoine, women’s heritage. A charity concert in support of the IRIS association will raise public awareness of the fight against violence toward women.
Participation terms: Free of charge
Schedule: Friday, September 18, 2026 — 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM
