On September 20 and 21, 2025, on the occasion of the new edition of the Journées du Patrimoine, the US Métro rowing club in Joinville-le-Pont welcomes you. Founded in the 1930s, this club recalls the days of guinguettes and canoeing on the banks of the Marne...

Thishistoric ro wing club, based in Val-de-Marne, is as much a sporting venue as it is an historic institution in the region. Few clubs can boast of having survived nearly 100 years! Although the current participants and instructors are a little younger than that, they can still tell you all about the long and glorious history of US Métro during these Heritage Days.

The Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days) return to Paris and the Île-de-France region this third weekend in September.
