And that's three! Having already taken over two huge spaces (Kwerk Haussmann and Kwerk Bienfaisance) in the 8th arrondissement, Kwerk is now opening a third high-end coworking space, at 18, rue de Courcelles, also in the 8th arrondissement.
The opening is scheduled for May 2020, but what we already know is that this new 6400m2 building will offer services over 9 floors! Enough to accommodate around 700 permanent members and 100 day seminar members.
The layout, design and furniture of each floor can be adapted to the needs of companies wishing to set up their head office, create a project-based lab, organize strategic seminars or receive customers.
Like its siblings, the new Kwerk will offer large volumes, with a play of transparency and light, for a pleasant working environment.
1,100m2 of green spaces, including planted terraces and a 300 m2 rooftop hanging garden with a 360-degree view over Paris, complete the wellness offer, as does the innovative ergonomic furniture (adjustable table, seats to support the spine...).
