A surprising but very real demonstration will take place this Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 1:30 pm, place Saint-Sulpice, in the 6th district. The association Paris Animaux Zoopolis wishes to raise awareness about the condition of rats in the capital, in the middle of a massive strike of garbage collectors. If the proliferation of these rodents in Paris has always been a political issue, the situation has become a little tense since tons of garbage litter the streets of the city, with health risks at stake.

On this occasion, the association, which deals with animal suffering in the region, is proposing a "small happening to defend rats and liminal animals, " according to Le Parisien.
