More bad news for the many users of public transport in and around Paris. In the run-up to the summer vacations, RATP has made a series of announcements over the past few days. Traffic disruptions are scheduled to occur shortly on RER lines A, B and C, as well as on metro lines 5, 6, 7, 12 and 14.
Metro line 5: traffic partially interrupted during spring vacations

Be careful if you're used to taking line 7. RATP is announcing upcoming disruptions on the famous pink line of the Paris metro. From Monday May 6 to Sunday May 12, 2024 inclusive, traffic will be interrupted between La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945 and Gare de l'Est stations. [Read more]

But that's not all, as the transport authority warns that traffic will also be disrupted on line 13 of the Paris metro. No partial closure of the line, but the temporary closure of a station on the Saint-Denis-Université branch.
On its website, RATP warns that Porte de Saint-Ouen station on line 13 will be closed from July 19 to August 18, 2023 inclusive, " due to works ". " In practice, trains will run normally, but will not stop at Porte de Saint-Ouen station ", the company explains.
RATP is therefore unveiling a number of alternative routes. To reach Porte de Saint-Ouen from Guy Môquet, passengers can take bus 21. In the other direction, passengers are invited to take bus 237 to reach Porte de Saint Ouen from Garibaldi.
