Like every year, RATP and SNCF take advantage of the month of August, when traffic is lighter due to holidaymakers, to launch major maintenance and modernization projects. August 15 is no exception. As a result, disruptions are expected on several lines, with traffic slowing down, being interrupted or timetables being altered.
