The Hauts-de-Seine (92) is gearing up for a decidedly autumnal weekend of October 10-11, 2026, with rain and a chill in the air on the forecast. That doesn’t mean curling up under the duvet, though. In our strolls across the department—from Clichy to Sceaux, via La Défense and Boulogne-Billancourt—we’ve picked out ten outings that are best enjoyed sheltered.
The Fête de la Science is in its final stretch, running through Monday, October 12, with a slate of activities in several Hauts-de-Seine towns for curious minds of all ages. On the exhibition front, the Zoo Art Show unfurls four floors of street art on the La Défense esplanade, while the Duchess of Berry, the rebellious princess, holds court in the former stables at the Domaine de Sceaux.
To refuel, head to Île Seguin, where Bouillon sur Seine opened its doors on October 1 with a spacious dining hall overlooking the river. The rest of the lineup awaits just below.
