Every year in October, numerous events take place across France to back the fight against breast cancer and raise awareness of a disease that can affect one in eight women. The event Octobre Rose brings together prevention workshops, assistance booths, and appointments that help fund medical research.
Raising funds while having fun and promoting healthy living is the promise behind the city of Clichy-la-Garenne with the charity race La Clichoise. This solidarity run celebrates its 12th edition on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Athletes are invited to gather at Salengro Park to take part in this must-attend event.
La Clichoise can be enjoyed solo, with friends, or with family. At your own pace, participants can run or walk. The goal is to complete three laps of Salengro Park, in a lighthearted, festive atmosphere. Everyone can take part; there’s no clock, no competition—just a gathering to move outdoors and raise awareness for breast cancer. Music, Zumba, and world dances also invite us to dance and burn some energy!
To round out this race, a community village takes over the park. Here you’ll find prevention and information booths, and a L’Oréal makeup stand, the event’s partner. After tiring out your muscles, test your knowledge with the giant dictation organized in the park!
