The Night of Museums invites you this Saturday, May 23, 2026, for another promising edition. With exceptional late openings, free tours, and quirky activities, it’s a cultural plan not to miss. In Yvelines, the Maison de Léon et Jeanne Blum in Jouy-en-Josas unveils its nocturnal program!

The Nuit des Musées is an eagerly-awaited annual event for cultural enthusiasts. The Nuit des Musées is an event that takes place all over Europe, inviting us to discover our heritage in a different way by unveiling a program of exceptional nocturnes, free visits andunusual activities, including concerts, creative workshops, artistic performances and original shows.

In Paris and across the Île-de-France, we’re gearing up to enjoy a wide array of outings for everyone: with family, as a couple, with friends, or solo—everyone has their own plan! So for those who can’t resist a good deal, save the date: this year the Nuit des Musées is on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Just like Paris, the Île-de-France region also stands out for a stunning heritage, including numerous artists’ studios and the Maisons des Illustres. This time, we take you to the Yvelines, to the Yvelines, to Jouy-en-Josas, to open the doors of the home of former President of the Council under the Third Republic and writer Leon Blum and his wife, Jeanne Blum.

  • An Exceptional Night at the Maison Léon Blum
    Saturday, May 23, 2026 — from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

    For the 2026 Night of Museums, Maison Léon Blum will exceptionally open its doors to visitors from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23.

    Free admission for all to discover the life of Léon Blum, a statesman and renowned writer, as well as his final residence, preserved almost exactly as it was since his death in 1950 in Jouy-en-Josas.

  • Guided tours of the Léon Blum House
    Saturday, May 23, 2026 - 6:30 PM ⤏ 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM ⤏ 9:30 PM

    As part of Museums Night, Maison Léon Blum will host guided tours to explore the venue and Léon Blum's heritage, led by a guide.

    Two time slots will be offered during the evening:

    - 6:30 p.m.

    - 8:30 p.m.

    Duration of the visit: 1 hour.

    Free access, available only by reservation.

    Museums Night is offered free of charge, but if you would like to support the museum, we encourage you to make a donation of any amount during the evening.
