With neither map nor compass, Rémi is set to press on with his investigation on a new platform... Hell Is Us, available since September 4, 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, will also launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026. Developed by Rogue Factor and published by NACON, this third-person action-adventure game follows a man returning to his homeland to uncover his origins. This new trailer confirms the title’s arrival on Nintendo’s console and highlights the quirks of its exploration.

The game unfolds in a semi-open world, made up of several interconnected regions. Progression isn’t driven by a checklist of objectives or on-screen waypoints. Clues from characters, scattered documents, and the environment must be read to reach a destination or crack a puzzle.
Combat uses weapons specifically crafted to strike chimeras, which shrug off modern weaponry. Swords, spears and axes each have their own distinct traits. The player can block, parry certain attacks, and drain an enemy’s balance gauge before delivering more powerful blows.
The drone also steps in during battles. Its modules can draw a creature’s attention, interrupt an attack, or juggle multiple threats at once. A healing-impulse system adds the option to recover health, provided you time it precisely after landing a hit.
The Nintendo listing mentions a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition. The latter includes the Hollow Walker Pack and the Phol Guard Pack, which add skins for Rémi and his drone KAPI, as well as an exclusive investigation whose contents have not yet been detailed.
Hell Is Us is a single-player–only adventure. There’s no multiplayer, co-op, or crossplay planned. The game is PEGI 16 and includes a full French-language version. Elias Toufexis, also known for Deus Ex, Assassin’s Creed and Starfield, provides the voice of Rémi in the English version.
