Every season, Balmain's spectacular shows are eagerly awaited! Founded by its eponymous creator in 1945, the House of Balmain dusted off the Couture codes of the time to reveal an exacerbated femininity, high on embroidery. Waists cinched and skirts expanded, creating sophisticated silhouettes that showcased women's assets.
After Pierre Balmain's death, a succession of designers took over the helm of the label, until 2011, when the young Olivier Rousteing was "crowned" artistic director of the House. Since then, the designer has continued to bring modernity and glamour to the brand, while remaining true to the Balmain heritage. This new style revolution emphasizes silhouettes and accentuates shapes, molded in precious fabrics and iconic embroideries. On the catwalk, vestals, amazons and conquerors of the 21st century parade their assertive allure and instantly recognizable style. Each piece is a work of art, a jewel of couture.
Fourteen years later, the designer departs from Balmain and hands over the reins to Antonin Tron.
After gaining experience at leading houses, Antonin Tron launched his own label in 2016, Atlein. Known for its sensual draping and sculptural minimalism, the brand quickly made a name for itself. The Fall-Winter 2026-2027 season marks a new chapter: Antonin presents his first collection as artistic director, unveiling an exciting new era for the maison.
