Journées Particulières 2026: only a few hours to go before reservations open at the Réserve des Sublimes

Some secrets are well kept, and at Guerlain, they’re kept even tighter. From 16 to 18 October 2026, the Journées Particulières offer free access to workshops, historic houses, and other venues rarely open to the public. Launched in 2011 by the LVMH group, this sixth edition carries the theme At the Roots of the Dream, with 46 Houses gathered across 69 sites and 12 countries. For three days, know-how steps out of the shadows and archives open their drawers: a chance to peek into places where the public isn’t usually invited.

In Paris, Guerlain is opening the door to one of its most intimate spaces: La Réserve des Sublimes, at 3 rue Boucher. Founded in 1828, the House has spent nearly two centuries cultivating a heritage nourished by perfumery, beauty, creation, and a set of skills that have become its signature. Iris, jasmine, bergamot, rose, vanilla, or tonka bean together form the famous Guerlinade, the house’s olfactory signature. But here, it is above all the relics of the past that take center stage. Usually closed to the public, La Réserve preserves rare historical objects that also inspire Guerlain’s creators: including the first lipstick conceived by Aimé Guerlain in 1870 and the first Bee Bottle, created in 1853. For once, the Maison’s archives won’t stay behind glass.
