Craving a gourmet outing in Paris around chocolate, pastry, and savoir-faire artisanal? The Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie 2026 returns to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in the 15th arrondissement, from Wednesday, October 28 to Sunday, November 1, 2026.
In its 31st edition, this major sweets-focused event brings together pastry chefs, chocolatiers, cocoa producers, artisans and rising talents for demonstrations, tastings, workshops and family-friendly activities.
The Pavillon 5 de Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is home to several zones focused on discovery and knowledge transfer. The Pastry Show features live demonstrations by pastry chefs and chocolatiers. The 2026 French Dessert Champions, Adrien Salavert and Bastien Meulot, are slated to participate, alongside guest chefs invited by Gault & Millau.
Visitors can also discover gourmet workshops, with formats accessible to both adults and children, but also more advanced sessions for enthusiasts looking to deepen their knowledge of chocolate, tasting, and the awakening of the senses.
The Chocolate and Pastry Show isn’t just about tasting booths. The 2026 edition promises the return of the musical performance with chocolate costumes, in partnership with l’AICOM. Titled « Incandescence: The Rock Cabaret », this production combines live performance, chocolate costumes and a burlesque universe.
The Inspiration Alley extends this scenographic approach with sculptures and chocolate creations around the same theme. The works of the finalists for the Best Apprentice of France in Chocolate and Confectionery are also showcased, this time under the theme “Depths of the Sea.”
Among the announced highlights, Choco’Live will feature competitions, challenges and participatory activities right at the heart of the fair. On Thursday, October 29, 2026, tastings linked to the Master of Pain au Chocolat are planned in collaboration with the Confédération Nationale de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Française.
The Pavillon Signatures adopts a more intimate, invite-only vibe, with guest chefs every day, bespoke creations to sample on site, and a lounge-friendly atmosphere powered by DJ sets. Chef Aurélien Cohen is particularly slated to appear on Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Based at the Porte de Versailles, the fair anchors Paris’s autumn gourmand season. Its 31st edition spotlights craftsmanship, the transmission of know-how, and industry trends, while opening a window onto the international chocolate scene, with a network of events staged in several destinations around the world.
The salon opens its doors from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from October 28 to November 1, 2026, after an opening night slated for October 27 starting at 7:00 p.m. Access is at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris, via Metro Line 12 or the T3a tram.
