Rollerblading

To change the bike, the roller is the ideal. It allows you to work your calves, buttocks, thighs and abdominal muscles and you can easily find new pairs at 40€. If you are a beginner and fear the danger of Parisian traffic, you can easily carry them in a bag to a place that will suit you for the practice of this sport, for example the pedestrian quays of the Seine. Don't start alone and don't hesitate to take out your protective gear.

The Slackline

The word may not mean much to you, but if you are used to walking along the banks, you have probably already come across slackliners. It's a form of urban tightrope walking: you hang a strap stretched between two trees at about 30 centimeters from the ground and you work on your sense of balance. It is a good plan to sculpt your body since this sport allows you to work your legs, abs, back and arms and would even allow you to gain flexibility! You can find them from 30€ in supermarkets dedicated to sports equipment.

The Sports Courses

We promise not to talk about jogging. But if you miss the sports equipments of your gym, you can also find them in some green spaces of Paris. Along the Coulée Verte or the pedestrian banks, various workshops are proposed to you to work different parts of your body. You can alternate walking and physical exercises, without paying a cent... but you will have to share with the other sportsmen who have had the same idea as you. Don't forget to brush your hands with hydroalcoholic gel before and after using them.
