Water skiing on the Seine? Yes, it's possible, and it's happening in Paris! A Club offers 3.5km of skiable water with learning workshops. Whether you're interested in bi-skiing, mono-skiing or even learning to do tricks and wakeboarding, here's an unusual spot that could well help you discover a new passion.

We used to think that water sports were reserved for our seaside vacations. But here's a spot that proves us wrong. As Parisian water-ski enthusiasts well know, it's possible to practice this discipline in a family club located in the capital. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier, the Ski Nautique Club de Paris is open to all curious and sporty types to share their passion.

Head for the capital's 16th arrondissement to meet Dominique and Thierry, who have been running this club for over 25 years and have been practicing for over 40 years. Here, beginners can discover a new passion through introductory lessons in bi-skiing, before moving on to mono-skiingand then, why not, learn to do tricks and even try your hand at wakeboarding. Good news for families: lessons are open to children from the age of 3.

If you're more experienced, you can also take advantage of the opportunity to be coached by the two enthusiasts and push the limits of your art even further. What's more, if you're convinced by this spot, you can even become a member of the club: among other things, this gives you priority during busy periods.
