I tested SPA LUSH's latest treatment: The Energiser

The title of the protocol already promised an energizing treatment, but the reality was even more astonishing! Mallets and resistance bands lay on the massage table, but what for? After gauging the power level appropriate to my sensitivity, Valentin, the masseur, begins his well-being ritual. The music starts. A mix of Afro rhythms and Celtic music called the Afro Celts Sound System. These particular, joyful sounds guide the expert's movements in a veritable choreography. He tells me to close my eyes, and off we go on a 25-minute journey to faraway lands, halfway between Africa and Scotland. Valentin sets the pace from my feet to my head, with invigorating percussion and music a la Outlander (Netflix). I left feeling energized and smiling! Other advantages: the treatment is easy to fit into a day's work, with no need to undress.
