Throughout the summer, you can try out dozens of sports activities thanks to the Activ'été program, which is aimed at families, adults and even the elderly! In July and August 2023, it will be possible to discover a wide range of sports in several locations in the Paris region, without spending a cent! A real opportunity to stay in shape and have a good time!
Depending on the city you choose, different activities are offered, including artistic ones, and the schedules change every week. You will have the choice between horse riding, climbing, boxing, pole vaulting, gymnastics, parkour, hip-hop, circus and many others, enough to find a new passion and try sports not always accessible to all. And why not join a club for your new favorite activity as soon as the school year starts? In Seine-Saint-Denis, go tothe Georges-Valbon park in La Courneuve, from July 8 to August 6 or to the La Poudrerie park, in Vaujours, from July 11 to August 23.
During the month of July, many shows and artistic and sports tournaments are also proposed for a complete program, with notably street workout and afro dance battles, a 3x3 basketball tournament, a hip hop festival or a dictation for all! Come on, let's take advantage of all this free sport?
