Running from Paris to Saint-Germain-en-Laye? It's possible, and that's the aim of the Paris-Saint-Germain, an iconic race in the Paris region that connects the two cities by running.

For many French people, Paris Saint-Germain is synonymous with the famous soccer club based near Paris. But it's also the name and concept of a not-to-be-missed running event , held annually during the month of May. This year, for the 15th edition of the event, the Paris Saint-Germain falls on Sunday May 18, 2025, giving you the opportunity to set yourself a sporting challenge.

From the Bois de Boulogne to the national estate of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, there's only one step, or rather, one circuit, and that's the Paris Saint-Germain, which links Paris to one of the most important towns in the Yvelines département, along a 20 km route. For those who prefer shorter circuits, a 10 km race is also proposed on this day: it's the Chatou-Saint-Germain, departing from Chatou (78).

During the race, runners cross three départements: Paris, Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines, with part of the route running along the Seine and plenty of surprises to get the cardio pumping. Prepare to suffer a little on the Mont Valérien hill or the Pecq hill, with a magnificent finish at the Saint-Germain-en-Laye national estate!

Departure times :

  • Paris Saint-Germain-en-Laye (20km): 9am
  • Chatou-Saint-Germain-en-Laye (10km): 9:15am

Race numbers start at €36 for the 20 km and €20 for the 10 km!

Enjoy the race!
