Does the half-marathon seem too complicated? Why not try a 10-kilometer event accessible to all, with the Lions Paris 9 Run, a solidarity race in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, which even allows children aged 5 and over to take part, on Sunday March 23, 2025. While families will only have a kilometer and a half to cover, the more athletic will tackle a timed 10km and a course with an interesting gradient.
Organized in conjunction with the borough's town hall, this charity run raises funds to support the work of Lions Clubs International wherever it's needed. Start on boulevard Haussmann, at the corner of rue Le Peletier, to rediscover the 9th arrondissement in a different way, on a single loop, through the famous districts of La Fayette, Trinité, Pigalle, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, Saint Georges, Folies Bergère...
And if that 10km wasn't enough for you, there's the Parisian 10km Challenge, organized by the Comité de Paris d'Athlétisme and open to all, where you can score points for every race you complete! So get your sneakers on!
