TheEuro women's soccer tournament has begun, and Les Bleues have a card to play! Although women's soccer doesn't have the same following as their male counterparts, the city of Paris and the French Football Federation have decided to bring fans of the sport together to support the French women, who are playing in Switzerland, in a never-before-seen fan zone! The French games will be shown on a large screen at Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, in the 19th arrondissement.
With room for up to 400 fans, the fan zone will also offer soccer initiation courses, games and free entertainment, especially for families. For each match, the FFF is offering Parisians the chance to win French team shirts, including several autographed ones! And that's not the only fan zone on the program...
La Communale de Saint-Ouen also invites you to enjoy its sports program featuring women's soccer, its history and its icons, in partnership with the ALKÉ brand. The program includes screenings of all matches, freestyle demonstrations, foosball tournaments, documentary screenings, podcast recordings, flocking and silk-screening workshops and a unique exhibition of jerseys designed by iconic former French national team players such as Marinette Pichon, Elodie Thomis and Louisa Nécib.
Alternatively, you can try the capital's sports bars, which are used to broadcasting soccer!
