For the first time in its history, this legendary venue—where icons like Bob Dylan, Sting, Björk, Norah Jones, Ludovico Einaudi, Imany, Arthur H, Starmania, and La Haine have performed—will transform into a space dedicated to well-being and flow.
On stage, the atmosphere softens into a gentle, embracing energy, almost meditative. Here, each breath resonates through the live notes of a piano performed in real time, while every posture unfolds in harmony with a musical rhythm. This hybrid experience blends the worlds of concert and yoga, welcoming participants of all levels—whether you're a calm beginner or an experienced yogi.
For this inaugural edition, pianist and composer Yaron Herman teams up with yoga instructor Stéphanie Cunico to create a unique yoga-concert, where live music becomes an extension of the body, helping deepen each pose.
The session unfolds in two phases. The first, energetic part draws inspiration from Vinyasa Yoga, designed to awaken the body and generate movement. It’s followed by a slower, more grounding segment rooted in Yin Yoga, focusing on deep stretches, guided relaxation, and surrendering stress.
During final savasana, enjoy an immersive musical extension while lying down, allowing the music to wash over you effortlessly into a state of complete relaxation.
