The Trail du Muguet returns to the trails of the Meudon State Forest for an autumn edition. The timed routes mostly follow unpaved paths, with distances ranging from children’s runs to a longer outing in the woods.
If you’re a keen trail runner, the 30 km course, which can be run solo or as a relay in a team of two, lets you explore a natural heritage of forest trails and rolling paths. The 21 km trail race also winds through the forest, with around 450 metres of elevation gain, according to the organizer.
