This summer, the Musée Jacquemart-André will host the first edition of the Festival Lyrique de Paris, imagined by Opera a Palazzo. From July 3 to 12, 2025, four lyrical evenings would offer audiences an immersive experience: hearing the greatest operatic arias in the hushed intimacy of the salons of a 19thᵉ century mansion. Each performance would be conceived as a dramatic journey around a theme, punctuated by a refined intermission, between champagne and a free tour of the museum.

This unique festival would revolve around four universes of operatic art: portraits of emblematic operatic women (July 3), greatlove scenesfrom the Italian repertoire (July 5), Mozart masterpieces (July 10) and French opera treasures (July 12). Each concert, lasting 1h30, will take place in two acts, punctuated by soloists and piano accompaniment. The emphasis would be on proximity between artists and audience, in a streamlined, narrative staging that would create a dialogue between music, text and space.
Designed for a wide audience, this festival could appeal to both confirmed music lovers and the curious, attracted by its accessible, elegant format. The immersive nature of the evenings - close proximity to the singers, historical context of the venue, multi-sensory experience - would make it a unique proposition in the Parisian musical landscape. On the other hand, fans of large-scale stage machinery or classical orchestral formats may find the setting more restrained, focused on intimacy and refinement.
