Four years after"Voodoo Cello", Imany is back with a new musical project, christened"Women Reserve Rage". On this occasion, the talented Franco-Comorian singer-songwriter is preparing to return to the stage. Imany has announced a unique concert in Paris, scheduled for Monday October 27, 2025 at the beautiful Théâtre Mogador. The artist will take the opportunity to unveil live her new songs from"Women Deserve Rage" (to be released on October 24, 2025). " I wrote this album during a difficult period. And in writing it, I realized that my personal story was ultimately also that of so many other women. I wanted to do what we're often forbidden to do: express our anger, freely, without a filter. [...] And I hope that by listening to it, you'll understand that giving voice to your anger is already beginning to heal ", explained the singer on her social networks.
Imany released her debut album,"The Shape of a Broken Heart", in 2011. A record that quickly seduced many ears thanks to the hit " You Will Never Know ". Five years later, she returned to success with the release of"The Wrong Kind of War", her second studio album, certified platinum in France. Her latest opus,"Voodoo Cello", was released in March 2021. For the occasion, the artist offered re-orchestrations of covers by Jacques Brel, Imagine Dragons, Elton John, Hozier, Bonnie Tyler, Madonna, Cat Stevens and Ed Sheeran.
This autumn, Imany prepares to write a new chapter with"Women Deserve Rage". A new opus to be discovered live on October 27, 2025 at the Théâtre Mogador in Paris.
