The Passy district has a well-kept secret, linked to its unsuspected past. Echoing Paris's wine-growing past, an astonishing Musée du Vin hides in the maze of streets of the capital's 16th arrondissement. And it's here that a promising rendezvous for music lovers is taking root.
Every Friday evening, an authentic historic vaulted cellar, fitted out with a modern touch and imbued with a mysterious yet intimate atmosphere, comes alive to welcome a secret Jazz Club. Le Caveau du M, nestled in the museum's setting, invites enthusiasts and amateurs to come and enjoy a program combining Manouche Jazz, Soul-Jazzand Vocal Jazz orchestrated by Jean Szlamowicz, a member of the Académie du Jazz.
The concept lies at the crossroads between the worlds of music, wine, culture and gastronomy. And with good reason: access to these evenings automatically includes a visit to the museum (€25). For gourmets, you can opt for a dinner with starter, main course and dessert, priced at 75€. Finally, since this is, after all, the Musée du Vin, it's also possible to enjoy a glass of wine and even visit thepermanent exhibition with it.
