Last summer, the Melville stepped outside its walls and set up shop in the forecourt of the Bagatelle château for open-air dinners-concerts. The gamble paid off, and the 8th‑arrondissement jazz club is back at it this year with 16 evenings, every Tuesday and Wednesday from June 2 to July 29, 2026 (except June 23 and 24). Nestled in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Jardins de Bagatelle, which have just been refreshed, it’s fair to say the setting does a big chunk of the work for you.
A four-course dinner by chef Malcom Ecolasse, a concert at 8:30 p.m., with the ticket included in €110 per person. It isn’t cheap, but for the evening on offer—the château, the live music, and a thoughtfully crafted menu—we can see the value proposition.
The menu is called "Album Best Of Le Melville – Season 2," and each course comes with its own evocative name:
We appreciate that vegetarian options are incorporated into every dish, not merely mentioned at the bottom of the menu.

16 dates, 16 different lineups. Le Melville blends house favorites with fresh discoveries, and the 2026 program is no exception:

The doors open at 7:30 PM, with the concert getting under way at 8:30 PM. Access is via the Sèvres gate, 44 route de Sèvres-à-Neuilly, 75016 Paris. By public transport: bus 43 to Parc de Bagatelle (which runs on holidays and Sundays) or bus 244 to Bagatelle-Pré Catelan. A Vélib' station is just 400 meters away (and honestly, it’s the better option—the Bagatelle Park is quite a trek from the major metro stops). It’s wiser to plan your return in advance than find yourself walking 20 minutes in the dark. Reservations are made directly at lemelville.fr.
These dinner-concerts are aimed at curious gourmets, jazz and nature lovers, couples seeking an original experience, and more generally anyone who enjoys stepping off the beaten path. We also think of epicures who don’t want to choose between great food and great listening. A final practical tip: even in good weather, evenings in the Bagatelle Park can feel chilly once night falls. Pack warm clothing (a jacket, even a blanket) — you’ll be glad you did. In case of rain, cancellations are announced before noon on the day itself, with another date offered or a one-year voucher if none suit you. Cancellations less than 4 days ahead are non-refundable (keep that in mind when you book).
