On February 15, 2026, Raye performed a sold-out show at the Paris Arena as part of her "This Tour May Contain New Music" tour. However, dozens of fans were left outside the venue in the 12th arrondissement due to a Ticketmaster mishap. Since then, the British singer has spoken out, revealing her intention to reward the affected fans with free tickets and signed vinyl records—despite having purchased their tickets during the pre-sale—who were denied entry despite holding valid passes.

On Sunday evening, they were supposed to attend the concert of their idol Raye. But their dream evening didn’t go at all as planned. As reported by our colleagues at Le Parisien, dozens of fans were turned away at the entrance of Paris Bercy on February 15th for the British artist’s concert. Yet, these fans had purchased their tickets during the pre-sale last September on Ticketmaster. The platform confirmed to the newspaper that a “small number of ticket purchases for this concert were unfortunately affected by a technical issue.”

Following the incident, Raye took to social media to address the situation. On X, the British artist first apologized to those affected, expressing that she was “devastated” for the disappointed fans and calling the incident “unacceptable and unfair.”

I was told it was a technical glitch on Ticketmaster’s end, which meant that 65 tickets weren’t fully processed at the time of purchase. This was completely beyond my control, and I’m very disappointed and upset,” she continued.

The singer then announced her intention to give away free tickets to a future concert of their choice, as well as signed vinyl records to the 65 fans who couldn’t attend her Paris show on Sunday evening due to the incident. “I know this doesn’t fully make up for the inconvenience, but it’s the best I can do right now to ease the disappointment. I sincerely apologize to everyone affected. With all my love, Raye,” she concluded. The artist clarified that the fans impacted will be contacted soon.
