Céline Dion at Paris La Défense Arena: everything you need to know about the draw for access to the presale

After months of rumors, Céline Dion has confirmed her big live comeback! And it’s in the French capital that the iconic Canadian star will greet fans from around the world. For the occasion, Céline Dion is lining up 10 shows this fall at Paris La Défense Arena, Europe’s largest indoor arena. The concerts, staged only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, will run from 12 September to 14 October 2026. This is what the artist revealed in a video message posted to her social feeds on March 30, also aired on France 2.

But now that the announcement is official, fans around the world feel the pressure rising and fear they won't get tickets. After all, a huge number will want to take part in this exceptional musical event. So how can they obtain the coveted pass? Unfortunately, there won’t be tickets for everyone. A lottery system has thus been announced to access the pre-sale.

To enter the draw, you can sign up right away on the Céline Dion site. Registrations are open until April 2 at 7:00 p.m. (France time), via Fair AXS. To register, you’ll need to log in with your AXS account. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to create one. "The moment you register does not determine your chances of being selected," the AXS platform notes.

If you’re among the lucky few, you’ll receive an email granting access to this presale, “subject to availability,” according to AXS. The Céline Dion presale will open on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 10 a.m., with a maximum of six tickets per order. Also note that tickets for this presale will be sold exclusively through the official platforms AXS, Ticketmaster and Fnac Spectacles. “After you register, you’ll be contacted by one of these three partners to confirm your selection for access to the presale,” the AXS site also notes.

Another pre-sale, this time for Paris La Défense Arena, goes live on Thursday, April 9 at 10:00. But once again, entry is determined by lottery. Sign-ups for the Paris La Défense Arena pre-sale are also open until Thursday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m. French time.

As for fans who weren’t selected, they’ll be placed on a waitlist, with a chance to be contacted if tickets become available. They can also try their luck during the general sale, scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM. For this ticket launch, note that no registration will be required; everyone will be able to participate. But the queue could be long and discouraging for many. A reminder: Paris La Défense Arena can host up to 45,000 spectators per night. With 10 shows currently planned, 450,000 fans will thus be able to attend this big live comeback of Céline Dion in Paris.

Céline Dion isn’t the first artist to use a lottery to grant access to a pre-sale. Before her, Taylor Swift and the British band Oasis had fans leave their fate to chance. While some scored the right number, many disappointed fans walked away empty-handed.
