Since June 27, the Department of the Seine-Saint-Denis has been offering its residents a musical and festive program for Bel Été. For this final weekend, the Georges-Valbon departmental park will host a free Franglish concert followed by a spectacle of 500 drones illuminated, created to celebrate the territory. Rendez-vous on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 8 p.m. to attend free of charge!
Among these drones, you can watch in the sky the diversity of faces, places and symbols that define the identity of Seine-Saint-Denis, for a poetic moment in the heart of this sprawling park, after soaking up the vibes from the French R&B singer, rapper and dancer.
But summer isn’t over yet after this evening; you’ll just head to the departmental parks of Le Sausset, La Poudrerie, Haute-Île, Jean Moulin–Les Guilands, Île-Saint-Denis, and La Bergère, through August 29 to keep enjoying the family activities.
Located in La Courneuve, this vast green space ranks as the third largest park in the Île-de-France region, covering 417 hectares, after the Bois de Vincennes and the Bois de Boulogne.
