Remember this... In 2016, the island of Berceau in Samois-sur-Seine — the historic site of the Festival Django Reinhardt — was submerged under one meter of water. To support the festival during that challenging year, the town and the Château de Fontainebleau stepped in to host the event and accommodate the 15,000 expected attendees. Building on that experience, the Fontainebleau Castle Park quickly became the obvious choice for organizers moving forward.
After a successful edition in 2025, the Festival Django Reinhardt is set to continue its tradition, returning from Thursday, June 25 to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Prairie of Bois d’Hyver in the park of Château de Fontainebleau.
On the programming side, after some great acts in 2025 such as Adi Oasis, Deluxe, Kokoroko, Salif Keita, Erik Truffaz, Stochelo Rosenberg, Aurore Voilqué, Éric Legnini, and Rocky Gresset, who will have the honor of rocking the stage in 2026? Well, the renowned Asaf Avidan is already confirmed, along with Cory Wong, hailed as the funky guitar virtuoso!
Looking ahead to the lineup at Fontainebleau Castle Park for this 46th edition, who else is on the bill? Fanou Torracinta and Hugo Guezbar, two talented guitarists representing the bright future of the manouche tradition, the San Diego-based trio Thee Sacred Souls, as well as Meute, the Hamburg-based Techno Marching Band that’s been sending crowds into a dance frenzy worldwide since 2015!
More artists are expected to join this 46th edition, so stay tuned for the lineup! One thing is certain: everyone will go above and beyond to light up the Festival Django Reinhardt over four days and nights, from June 25 to 28, 2026. And don’t forget to secure your tickets.
