"I dedicate my nights to the symphony of murder.." If these words ring a bell, you were probably a fan of the musical Mozart, the Rock Opera nearly 15 years ago. Debuting on September 22, 2009, this show was produced by Dove Attia, known for some of the most successful French productions around the romanticized figure of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Good news for those feeling nostalgic: it appears that it's making a comeback in the next few years!
Where does this information come from? It’s based on the program of the show "Le Roi Soleil" — which is also making a comeback in 2025 after 20 years! It’s a moment of nostalgia, bringing back performances that once thrilled us when we were younger, many of whom may not have had the chance to see it live back then. The only mention in the brochure we received simply states that the show will be "returning soon."
Will Mikelangelo Loconte and Florent Mothe return to reprise their iconic roles, singing popular numbers from the musical such as "Tatoue-moi", "Vivre à en crever", or "L’assasymphonie"—similar to Emmanuel Moire? It’s still a mystery for now, but it’s likely we’ll know more in the coming months, especially as the musical celebrates its 20th anniversary!
Stay tuned!
