The summer sun isn’t just for flowers: all over Clichy, street-art pieces bloom on walls, buildings, and in the parks... It’s only natural: from June to December 2026, the CAPS urban art festival makes a big return to the Hauts-de-Seine town and to Paris’s 17th arrondissement.
Once again this year, this free festival transforms the town into a major artistic center, with street-art taking center stage. It's an opportunity to admire and discover artists from different generations, and to stroll around the town on this great open-air cultural trail.
An urban itinerary that takes us to more than twenty different venues to discover murals, exhibitions and installations in Clichy and in the Batignolles neighborhood, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Unseen murals, exhibitions, but also screenings of films, concerts and DJ sets, performances, workshops, pop-up shops... This event plunges us entirely into the world of urban art, in all its forms!
This year, the festival centers on Urban Mutations. Artists have explored themes of memory, identities, architecture, industrial heritage, construction sites, and the new dynamics shaping city life. To experience the works, the festival offers art trails that can be walked or cycled. More information is available on the official website. A detailed map listing all participating venues is also available on the festival's site.
