After taking us on a journey to Haiti, to the source of the zombie myth, the Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac takes us on a journey in the footsteps of gold. " Au fil de l'or. L'art de se vêtir de l'Orient au Soleil-Levant " is the name of the new exhibition at the famous Parisian museum. For almost five months, visitors can travel from the Maghreb to Japan, discovering the fascinating origins of gold and its marriage with the textile arts.
As part of this major new exhibition, the Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac is organizing another themed evening. The theme of this nocturnal event is gold and textile creation, and it's not to be missed on Friday March 14, 2025, from 8pm to 1am.
With free admission, but subject to availability, this " Au fil de l'or " evening will feature music, including a dj set and a mini concert. There will also be a dance performance,live weaving and an introduction to " Bolly'Amazigh". And don't forget to visit the exhibition " Au fil de l'or. The art of dressing from the Orient to the Rising Sun ".
