By opening its doors to this 'family album', the Hôtel de Ville becomes, for the duration of a visit, a place of memory and hope. These faces from all horizons, photographed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, compose a sensitive and powerful portrait of our country, and carry a formidable message of hope" declared the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, in a press release.
